Delivery:
ILYS makes every effort to deliver the products to the carrier within 24 working hours after confirming the payment of the order. Delivery is carried out through the DPD service from Monday to Saturday, within 24 to 48 hours. Any possible delays will not give rise to a complaint. In any case, if the parcel is not delivered within 30 days, the customer can request a refund.
Right of Withdrawal:
As the products sold are cosmetics, you have a right of withdrawal only if the products have not been opened (plastic seal intact) and are returned in their original packaging within the legal period of 14 days from receiving the parcel. If you notice a damaged or non-compliant package, you must report it directly to the carrier and inform KANNAZEN as soon as possible.

Evidence:

These general terms and conditions of sale are governed by French law. ILYS cannot be held responsible for any damage, material, immaterial, or physical. ILYS's liability is in all cases limited to the amount of the order. In case of a dispute, the customer will first contact ILYS to find an amicable solution. If necessary, the competent jurisdiction will be the court of Angoulême.

Disputes:
